Presentation Guidelines

Instructions for Oral and Poster Presentation

GENERAL GUIDELINES

  • Presenters must strictly adhere to the allotted time. If the presentation exceeds the allotted time, it will be stopped, and the question-and-answer session will commence.
  • The question-and-answer session will be 2 minutes. Presenters are advised to respond clearly and concisely.
  • All presenters are required to report to the venue at least 30 minutes before their scheduled session.
  • All presenters to submit their presentation to abstractmhiapsmiphacon2026@gmail.com by 2nd Feb 2026. Submissions received after the specified deadline will not be considered.
  • The presentation file must be renamed using the Abstract ID.
  • The ppt/poster should not contain the names of co-authors, Institute and the designation of the presenter.
  • The schedule of paper and poster presentation will be published on or before 2nd Feb 2026.

ORAL PAPER PRESENTATION

Time Allocation: 7 minutes – Presentation | 2 minutes – Question and Answer

  • The slide limit should not be more than 14.

POSTER PRESENTATION

Time Allocation: 5 minutes – Presentation | 2 minutes – Question and Answer
  • The poster should be presented as e-poster only.
  • The poster must be submitted in PDF format only.
  • The poster may be prepared in PPT format, but it must be converted to PDF before submission.
  • Only one slide/page is permitted per poster.
  • Hyperlinks, animated images, and animations are not permitted.
  • Poster Size: 16:9
  • Orientation: Landscape
